蕨麻小型猪与巴马小香猪高原多脏器功能障碍综合征 模型的比较研究

【摘要】　目的　比较不同海拔地区两种小型猪高原多脏器功能障碍综合征（H-MODS）模型存在的差异，探讨建立H-MODS模型的理想动物。方法　利用高原土生蕨麻小型猪与平原巴马小香猪，以内毒素(LPS)建立H-MODS模型。检测不同时点血液生理生化指标的变化，并观察肺脏组织病理学变化。 结果 巴马小香猪模型的死亡率明显高于蕨麻小型猪；生理生化各指标的变化趋势基本相同，但蕨麻小型猪的变化较平缓。在24h与48h肺脏均出现严重病理改变，但巴马小香猪较蕨麻小型猪更严重。结论 不同海拔地区的两种小型猪均可成功建立H-MODS模型，同时蕨麻小型猪由于自身高原生物特性对H-MODS模型的复制更加准确安全，避免高原环境的外在打击因素的影响。?

The Compare of Highland Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome Model between in Bama minipig and Juema minipig

Abstract] Objective To compare of highland multiple organ dysfunction syndrome model between in Bama minipig and Juema minipig. Methods 6 Juema miniature pigs and Bama miniature pigs in each group and intravenous pumping lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by 0.35 mg/kg. respectively in 0 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h collecting blood tests and The biochemical of CK, AST, ALT, TBIL, CRE index and routine blood, and observed lung histopathological changes at 24 h, 48 h. Results The mortality of Bama miniature pigs model is higher than Juema miniature pigs; The change trend of physiological and biochemical is similar, but the change tendency more gently of Juema miniature pigs than Bama miniature pigs; the lung injure at 24 h and 48 h of Bama miniature pigs are more serious than the Juema miniature pigs. Conclusion Both model can successfully simulate the characteristics of the H-MODS, Juema miniature pigs model are more accurate and safe because of its plateau biological characteristics of Juema miniature pigs H-MODS model,that can avoid the influence of plateau environment.
