灌浆防渗帷幕施工质量与耐久性评价综述

本文综合评述了灌浆帷幕施工质量检测与评价的主要方法,常规钻孔压(注)水试验检查渗透性能和抗渗透变形能力、结石体质量评价幕体强度、物探技术及开挖等方法评价帷幕缺陷和帷幕体厚度。帷幕耐久性涉及注浆材料的耐久性和幕体结构的耐久性两方面,研究方法主要有室内抗溶蚀耐久性和加速老化试验、现场疲劳压水试验、现场水质和析出物等理化分析、渗流渗压监测和帷幕稳定性预警监测分析、钻孔取芯进行结构性能研究、数值模拟等。最后指出,采取钻孔压水试验和物探检测等多种方法综合评价帷幕的质量更为合理;利用多种方法综合评判帷幕的耐久性,结论可信度高。

Review on construction quantity and durability of grouting curtain

The present methods on testing and evaluating the construction quality of grouting curtain include common drilling hydraulic pressure test to detect permeability and penetration resistance deformability, consolidation quality to evaluate curtain strength and geophysical prospecting technique and excavation to evaluate curtain thickness and defects. While the research methods of curtain durability mainly contain durability of indoor at tack resistance and accelerated aging test， site fatigue water pressure test， site water quality and sludge physicochemical analysis， analysis on monitoring of seepage pressure and early-warning monitoring of curtain stability， study on structural performance with drilling core， numerical simulation， etc. Finally， it is indicated that the comprehensive evaluation made on grouting curtain with more methods such as water pressure test in borehole and geophysical detection， etc. are more reasonable， while the reliability of the conclusion from the evaluation made on durability of grouting curtain with more testing methods is higher as well.
