惠南庄泵站水泵结构特点与性能分析

摘    要:惠南庄泵站采用大型卧式双吸离心泵,为大流量、高扬程、大变幅、高效率水泵,目前在国际同类型泵中处于领先地位。设计中针对泵站流量、扬程变幅大,年运行时间长等特点,以计算流体动力学CFD为基础,分析和预测了大型高扬程水泵动态特性,研发了先进的水力模型及特殊的结构设计,并采用了大功率水泵变频调速技术。这不仅满足了泵站大幅度流量调节,而且确保了机组安装检修方便,抗汽蚀性能优、安全平稳、高效节能。泵站流量大幅度调节并结合小流量自流,实现了南水北调北京段输水流量过程的无缝衔接,提高了我国大型泵站技术装备水平,推动了我国大型高扬程水泵机组的科技进步。

Abstract:The large-scale horizontal double suction centrifugal pump with large flow,high lift,big amplitude and high efficiency is adopted in Huinanzhuang Pumping Station,which takes a leading position among the pumps of the same type in the world at present. In accordance with the features of the pumping station such as the big amplitudes of flow and lift,long annual operation time,etc. and based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the dynamic characteristics of the large-scale water pump with high lift is analyzed and predicted,both the advanced hydraulic model and the design of special structure are developed and the variable frequency speed regulation technology for the water pump with high power is adopted during the design. This not only meets the requirement of the flow regulation within a large range for the pumping station,but also ensures convenient installation and maintenance,excellent anti-cavitation performance,safe and stable operation with high-efficiency and energy-saving of the pump se
