| 摘 要： | 为降低生产成本，山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司小H型钢生产线在生产某些规格H型钢和工字钢时，采用了不使用R2粗轧机，即R2粗轧机空过的轧制方式。并以H100 mm×100 mm H型钢为例分析了其可行性，介绍了R2粗轧机空过后的孔型设计、有限元模拟、现场生产情况以及生产过程中的技术难点及解决措施。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce production cost， R2 roughing dummy stand was adopted for rolling some H- beam and I- beam steel in Laisteel small H- beam production line. Taking the H100 mm×100 mm H- beam steel as an example， the feasibility was analyzed， and the pass design， finite element simulation， production management， technique difficulties and solutions were introduced. |
