摘    要:本文重点介绍大型结构多场仿真与非线性分析软件SAPTIS的水管冷却模拟功能及其在工程的应用情况,SAPTIS软件可提供等效算法和精细算法两种模拟水管冷却效果的功能,文中分别从平面二维和空间三维的角度对比分析了等效算法和精细算法的异同点所在,等效算法可以从平均意义上模拟水管冷却效果,具有计算简单、规模较小的特点,而精细算法则可以以较高的精度模拟出水管周边的温度分布,但需要进行精细网格剖分,计算工作量大。因此,相对而言,等效算法在工程中的适用性更好,应用也更为广泛;文中最后简要介绍了水管冷却模型在国内几个特高拱坝中应用的实例。

Abstract:The function of simulating pipe cooling of SAPTIS——a software of multi-field simulation and nonlinear analysis of complex structures and its engineering application are emphatically introduced herein. The software of SAPTIS can provide two functions for simulating the effect of pipe cooling, i.e. the equivalent algorithm and the precise algorithm. The similarities and differences between both the algorithms are comparatively analyzed herein from the views of 2-D and 3-D respectively. The analysis shows that the equivalent algorithm can simulate the effect of the pipe cooling in the average sense with the characteristics of simple calculation and smaller scale, while the precise algorithm can simulate the temperature distribution around the cooling pipe with higher accuracy, but the finely-meshed grid is needed for it with a larger computing workload. Therefore, the applicability of the equivalent algorithm in engineering application is relatively better with wider application. At last, some actual cases of the applications of the pipe cooling model to the constructions of several super-high arch dams in China are briefly introduced as well.
