灯泡贯流式机组协联优化试验分析

摘    要:灯泡贯流式机组具有低水头、大流量的特点,运行中导桨叶协联关系对机组的运行效率及稳定性影响较大。本文针对某灯泡贯流式机组开展了真机协联优化试验分析,通过真机试验对机组的协联曲线进行了优化,提高了水轮机出力及效率,改善了机组的运行稳定性。

Abstract:The bulb tubular unit has the characteristics of low head and large flow and the on-cam relationship between the guide-vane and the blade has a larger impact on the efficiency and stability of the operation of the unit during the operation. A prototype experimental analysis of the on-cam operation optimization for a bulb tubular unit is made herein, and then the cam curve of the unit is optimized through the prototype experiment made on it. In this way, not only the output and efficiency of the unit are enhanced, but the operation stability of it is also improved.
