| 摘 要： | 异位妊娠是早期妊娠严重的并发症,威胁着广大女性的健康和生命。腹腔镜手术为异位妊娠的诊断和治疗带来了新的契机,休克型异位妊娠不是腹腔镜手术的禁忌证。熟练的腹腔镜操作技术、合适的麻醉、先进的心电监护设备、必要的支持治疗,是顺利完成手术的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Ectopic pregnancy is a severe complication of early pregnancy,which will threaten the health and life of woman.Laparoscopy is a new moment for diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy,by which the operation is not the contraindication of its shock type.The perfect operational skill,suitable anaesthetic style,advanced monitoring device,essential supportive treatment can ensure the operation to accomplish successfully. |
