摘    要:为准确计算重型矿用汽车鼓式制动器的制动效能因数,应用多体动力学仿真软件MSC.ADAMS,通过开发柔性体摩擦片与刚体制动蹄连接模块、柔性体摩擦片与刚体制动鼓接触模块,建立了SGA3550矿用汽车鼓式制动器非线性刚柔耦合仿真模型,对鼓式制动器的仿真模型进行分析,确定了鼓式制动器的结构参数,其制动效能因数满足设计要求,并在SGA3550工业试验中得以验证。

Abstract:In order to accurately calculate the braking efficiency factor of drum brake shoe of heavy mining truck, the nonlinear rigid-flexible coupled drum brake simulation model of SGA3550 for mining truck is built with the multi-body system simulation MSC.ADAMS by developing joint module between rigid shoe and flexible ling and contact force module between flexible ling and rigid drum. The structure parameters of the drum brake are selected on the basis of analysis of drum brake simulation model. The design request of braking efficiency factor of the drum brake is met and validated in SGA3550 industry test.
