| 摘 要： | 为优化使用和管理网络资源,本文提出了核心承载网和宽带接入网的几种QoS解决手段.并通过在骨干层、汇聚层、接入层三个不同网络层面采取的不同技术手段实现NGN承栽网QoS策略保证,最后通过在业务接入侧、网络核心侧的QoS策略实现网络业务服务质量保证.

| Abstract: | In order to optimize and manage the network resources,this document presents the core network and access network QoS several means to solve the problem.And approved the backbone layer,the convergence layer and the network access layer three different levels to the different technical means to achieve NGN bearer network QoS strategy that final adoption in the business side of access,network QoS strategy side of the core network business services quality assurance. |
