| 摘 要： | 高校学风好坏对学生素质能力及和谐社会建设有着重要影响。本文分别从家庭、个人、社会、学校几方面分析了影响学风的原因，提出了培养良好的学风应从思想教育、管理制度、教师引导、解决实际问题几方面着手。
