AEM橡胶硫化及补强体系的研究

摘    要:研究了炭黑、白炭黑/炭黑、碳酸钙/炭黑等的用量对过氧化物硫化的乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)的补强作用。结果表明,硫化剂F40用量为5份时,硫化胶综合力学性能较好;加入炭黑后,橡胶补强效果比较明显,白炭黑与炭黑并用可增强硫化胶力学性能,拉伸强度达到20.7MPa;随碳酸钙的加入,硫化胶力学性能有所下降,但能降低产品成本,应用效果比较好。

Abstract:Under the peroxide vulcanizing system,the effects of the content of carbon black,silica/carbon black and calcium carbonate/carbon black on the reinforcement of AEM were studied.The results showed that the formulation of F40 5 phr was recommended for the good mechanical properties of the AEM vulcanizates;The mechanical properties of the vulcanizates had been enhanced significantly with the increasing of carbon black dosage;Silica/carbon black could enhance the mechanical properties further while the tensile strength of the AEM vulcanizates was 20.7MPa.With the addition of CaCO3,the mechanical of the vulcanizates slightly decrease,but it was good for reducing the cost.
