| 摘 要： | 针对存装表接电、抄表、反窃电工作中，单相电子表存在的接错线、抄错表以及i相多功能电能表内部信息被闲置浪费等问题和产生的影响，提出了单相防窃电电子表零线必须独立接入、上进下出式电子表的正确接线方法、多功能电子表的抄读和信息利用的正确方法，对于电力营销人员和生产厂家具有一定的实用参考价值。
