2420例学龄前儿童贫血状况调查

目的了解重庆市九龙坡区、大渡口区2008年学龄前儿童贫血状况。方法KX-21全自动血球分析仪测定2420例学龄前儿童血常规，用SPSS11．5对血红蛋白值进行统计分析。结果贫血检出率为32．9％，以轻度贫血为主，占92．6％；男、女之间的贫血检出率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；儿童贫血患病率随年龄增长逐渐下降。结论应在学龄前儿童及家长中全面开展有关营养与饮食卫生的健康教育，及早改变幼儿的不良饮食行为；医院检验科要做好儿童的血常规检验，为儿童贫血病的检出起好参考作用。

Investigation of Anemia Status among 2420 Preschool Children

Objective To know the anemia status of preschool children in JiuLongPo Section and Dadukou Section in Chongqing province. Methods Blood routine of 2420 preschool children was determined by KX-21 Blood Analyzer, the hemoglobin results was measured by SPSS11.5. Results The anemia prevalence of 2420 preschool children was 32. 9% ,and 92. 6% of it was mild anemia;there were no significant differences between boys and girls（P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the anemic sick rate was descend as age older. Conclusion To reduce the prevalence rate of anemia and to promote development of preschool children, it is necessary to provide mutrition knowledge to children and their parents and help children overcome unhealthy eating behaviors; We must do the work of children＇ s blood routine best, and provide more scientific basis for the anemic sick of children.
