摘    要:以单波道160Gbit/s传输为例,介绍了光时分复用技术的基本原理,对其中的关键技术进行了分断、比较,并对更高速的OTDM传输技术做了探讨。

Abstract:To satisfy the demand for more transmission capacity, both the number of wavelengths (WDM) and the time-multiplexed bit rate(TDM) per WDM channel are increased. In this paper, we present the state-of-art which enable the TDM bit rate of 160Gbit/s by means of optical time division multiplexing, with focus on semiconductor devices.
