非小细胞肺癌Bim和Caspase-3蛋白表达检测及临床意义

目的探讨Bim和Caspase-3蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测89例NSCLC组织中Bim和Caspase-3蛋白的表达,并进行肿瘤临床特征分析。结果在NSCLC组织中,Bim蛋白表达率为65.2%（58/89）,其表达与NSCLC临床分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤分化程度密切相关（χ2=7.949～22.698,P〈0.01）;Caspase-3蛋白表达率为67.4%（60/89）,其表达与NSCLC临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关（χ2=5.098～5.408,P〈0.05）;在NSCLC组织中,Bim蛋白表达与Caspase-3蛋白表达呈正相关（r=0.649,P=0.000）。结论Bim蛋白表达与NSCLC转移及患者临床分期负相关。

Detection of Bim and Caspase-3 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer and their clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of Bim and Caspase-3 in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and their clinical significance.Methods Eighty-nine samples of NSCLC were included in the study.Bim and Caspase-3 in the samples were detected.Clinical features of Bim and Caspase-3 expression were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Bim in NSCLC was 65.2%（58/89）.Bim expression was significantly correlated with differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC（χ2=7.949-22.698,P0.01）.The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 in NSCLC was 67.4%（60/89）.Caspase-3 expression was significantly correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC（χ2=5.098-5.408,P0.05）.In NSCLC,Bim and Caspase-3 expressions were positively correlated each other（r=0.649,P=0.000）.Conclusion Bim protein expression in NSCLC is negative correlated with tumor metastasis and clinical stage.
