经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生症487例体会

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生症的手术方法并总结疗效.方法 487例前列腺增生症患者实施经尿道前列腺等离子电切术,对手术过程、术后情况、并发症发生及处理等进行分析.结果 手术中平均切割时间为46 min,输血6例,排尿困难23例,出血8例,尿失禁2例,感染6例,无TUR综合征,术后下尿路症状明显缓解.远期并发症有尿道狭窄等.结论 等离子体电切术治疗前列腺增生症效果满意,并发症少,可作为有效的微创治疗方法.

Transurethral plasmakinetic resection for benign prostate hyper-plasia 487 cases of experience

Objective To explore the plasma bipolar transurethral resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia surgical method and summarizes the effects. Methods 487 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia plasma for patients has been implementation with bipolar transurethral resection, surgical procedure, postoperative conditions, complications and treatment were analyzed. Results The average cutting time of surgery was 46 minutes, blood transfusion in 6 eases, infection in 6 cases, no TUR syndrome, Lower urinary tract symptoms were relieved after surgery. Long - term complications include urethral stric- ture. Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of plasma prostatic hyperplasia treatment is effective, fewer complica- tions, can be used as an effective method of minimally invasive treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
