| 摘 要： | 目的 观察螺内酯、缬沙坦与常规抗心力衰竭药物联用治疗心力衰竭的疗效.方法 按入院顺序将164例心力衰竭患者分为治疗组（螺内酯、缬沙坦加常规抗心力衰竭药物）和对照组（缬沙坦加常规抗心力衰竭药物）,疗程2周.结果 治疗组心力衰竭总有效率88%,对照组为68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 治疗组对心力衰竭疗效明显优于对照组.螺内酯、缬沙坦与常规抗心力衰竭药物联用是一种较好的心力衰竭;螺内酯;缬沙坦

| Abstract: | Objective To observe spironolactone, valsartan heart failure with conventional anti - drugs on patients with heart failure. Methods 164 cases of hospitalization in heart failure patients wouht be divided into two treatment groups （spironolactonc, valsartan plus conventional anti -heart failure drugs） and control group （valsartan plus cunventional anti - heart failure drugs） for 2 weeks. Results The total eftective heart failure treatment group, 88% , 68% of the control group, two groups were significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment group on heart failure is better than the control group. Spirunolactone, valsartan heart failure combined with conventional anti -drugs is a good anti -heart failure therapy. |
