黄连解毒汤联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病及并发症随机平行对照研究

目的]观察黄连解毒汤联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病及并发症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组30例胰岛素,0.45mL/Kg,3次/d,皮下注射。治疗组30例黄连解毒汤（黄连6g,黄芩、黄柏、玄参、生地、麦冬各12g,栀子9g）,2剂/d,水煎100mL,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效20例,有效4例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。对照组显效13例,有效7例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组血糖均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]黄连解毒汤联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病及并发症效果显著,值得推广。

Huanglian Jiedu Decoction with Insulin Therapy of Diabetes and Complication of Random Parallel Control Study

Objective]To observe huanglian jiedu decoction combined with insulin treatment of diabetic complication and curative effect.Methods]using random parallel control method,60 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. Control insulin,0.45 mL/Kg,3 times/d. Subcutaneous injection. Huanglian jiedu decoction treatment group（Huanglian6g,Huangchen,Huangbai,Xuanshen,Shengdi,Maidong each 12g,Zhizi 9g）. 2 agents/d,water frying,100 ml,2 times/d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. 14d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood glucose,and adverse reactions. continuous treatment course,judge curative effect.Results]The treatment group（20 cases had marked effect,4 cases were effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 80.00%. The control group,13 cases were markedly improved effectively in 7 cases,10 cases of invalid,total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P0.05）. The two groups have the ability to improve blood sugar（P0.05）,the treatment group is better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion]Huanglian jiedu decoction has worked well with insulin therapy of diabetes and complications,and is worth popularizing widely.
