人眼波前像差及准分子激光手术矫正的研究

摘    要:波前像差严重影响了人眼正常的视觉质量,引入Hartm ann-Shack波前传感器可有效地测量人眼的各阶像差,结合自适应光学中Zern ike多项式重建波前的理论。建立人眼波前像差和角膜切削量模型的关系模型,利用准分子激光发射的激光脉冲去除定量的角膜组织,从而改善人眼视觉质量。应用表明,人眼像差测量和由像差引导的准分子激光手术矫正具有明显的临床医学价值。

Abstract:The qualify of vision of the human eye is affected seriously by the aberration in the eye.The Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor can been used to calibrate the aberrations of the human eye,and reconstruct the shape of the aberrated wavefront in the pupil of an optical system by fitted the data to a Zernike polynomial series.The relation between the corneal ablation depth and the human eye aberrations had been created.The excimer laser pulses can been used to remove the corneal tissue in order to improve the qualify of the human eye.Our experiments indicate that wavefront aberration guided corneal ablation can reduce wavefront aberrations.
