摘    要:为了解高频磁场对软接触电磁连铸结晶器及初生坯壳传热行为的影响,用有限元二维数值模拟方法计算了软接触连铸过程中结晶器及初生坯壳的传热.得知在高频磁场(f=20 kHz)作用下,电磁场的感应加热会减少连铸初生坯壳的厚度、提高连铸坯的表面温度,并大幅度提高分瓣结晶器铜壁的温度.

Abstract:Heat transfer of soft contact continuous casting mold and strand in high frequency electromagnetic field were analyzed through 2-D FEM numerical simulation method.The change of thickness of initial solidification shell,temperature of strand,and temperature distribution of slit copper mold were obtained.Owing to the induction heating of high frequency electromagnetic field(f=20 kHz),the thickness of initial solidification shell decreases,and the temperature of strand surface and slit copper mold increases.
