摘    要:为了提高叶片零件设计及加工效率,开发出一套基于图形化编程技术的叶片专用数控加工软件.针对专用数控加工软件开发周期长、工作量大的特点,提出了在UG软件CAD/CAM模块基础上使用UG/OpenAPI函数开发叶片专用数控加工软件的方法.开发的叶片专用数控加工软件以数据库为核心,分为叶片CAD和叶片CAM两个部分.在叶片CAD模块中实现了叶片零件三维参数化设计.在叶片CAM模块中解决了叶片零件加工刀具轨迹生成及数控加工代码生成问题.数控加工软件的开发实现了叶片从设计到加工的无缝集成.对提高叶片设计、加工质量和效率及降低叶片生产制造成本有着十分重要的意义.

Abstract:In order to increase the efficiency of design and manufacturing blades,a special numerical control machining software based on the graphics programming technology was developed.The numerical control machining software was developed by UG/Open API functions,provided by Unigraphics software,to reduce the research periods and heavy work in developing the numerical control machining software.The developed software is based on the system database and consists of blade CAD module and blade CAM module.Blade CAD module is used for parametric design of the blade.Blade CAM module is used for generating cutting tracks and numerical control machining files.The numerical control machining software integrates the design and manufacture of blades,increases the efficiency and quality of blade manufacture and reduces the manufactural cost of blades successfully.
