摘    要:车辆排放监测是掌握车辆实时、动态排放信息及相关影响因素的主要手段。以车载排放测试系统(PEMS)获得的数据为基础,基于ArcGIS Engine平台,研究开发基于GIS的车辆排放监测辅助分析平台。平台可以帮助处理车辆实时的位置、速度、行驶路线、道路状况等状态信息,以及车辆污染物的排放信息,并且可以重复、直观再现上述信息。平台具有文本数据读取、自定义车辆符号显示、车辆轨迹的查询与绘制、车辆最新位置信息提取与定位、专题地图制作与输出、车辆路线数据输出等功能,可以有效帮助研究人员开展车辆排放的相关研究。

Abstract:Vehicle emission monitoring is a very important method to obtain the real-time and dynamic emissions and the influencing factors. Based on ArcGIS engine and the emissions data collected by PEMS, the vehicle emission monitoring and analysis platform were developed. It is helpful to process the information of location, speed, driving route of a vehicle, road conditions as well as the emission characteristics. And it can repeatedly and directly reproduce the information above. In addition, under the platform, the text data can be read, symbols can be used to show vehicles, vehicle route can be queried and mapped, vehicle position information can be extracted, thematic maps can be produced, vehicle route data can be output. It will effectively help the researchers to carry out the related research of vehicle emissions.
