摘 要: | 介绍了一套大容量低温制冷装置的设计情况。该装置中的低温箱体的工作净容积为1.375m3(1.5m×1.5m×1.1m),由两个单级压缩制冷系统组成的复叠制冷系统构成,其中高温制冷系统采用R22作为制冷剂,低温制冷系统采用R23作为制冷剂。高温制冷系统单独运行时可制取.35℃的低温,当与低温制冷系统复叠运行时,低温制冷系统可制取.70℃的低温。该装置可以应用于食品行业、医疗临床、军事工程以及航天等很多领域。

Abstract: | A kind of low-temperature refrigeration device with big capacity is studied in this article. The volume of the low-temperature cabinet in this device is 1.375m3(1.5m×1.5m×1.1m), and the device is composed by double- refrigerant-system, including two single-stage compressors. R22 is selected as refrigerant in the high temperature system, while R23 is selected as refrigerant in the low temperature system. The high temperature system can reach to -35 ℃ when operates alone, the low temperature system can reach to -70℃ when it operates with the hign temperature system. This device can be used in many fields such as food industry, medical treatment, military engineering, aerospace and so on. |
