| 摘 要： | 国际投资法是国际经济法的重要分支,其学科特性、教学安排以及对相关专业人才的要求都决定了该学科具备开展双语教学的先天优势。为了较好地进行国际投资法双语教学,需要合理地设定教学目标,选择合适的教学资料,根据学生的情况构建教学模式,并采用有效的考核方式。

| Abstract: | International investment law is an important branch of international law.Its subject characteristics,education arrangement as well as the requirements for professionals in this field make it naturally suitable for conducting bilingual education in this subject.In order to effectively conduct bilingual education in international investment law,the teacher should reasonably set up education objective,choose proper teaching materials,construct appropriate teaching mode practically and adopt effective assessment method. |
