摘    要:离心力驱动微流控芯片具有制作成本低、集成度高等优势,是一种不可多得的微流体驱动技术,文中介绍了离心力驱动微流控芯片的驱动原理和加工方法并对其优缺点进行了比较,综述了离心式芯片在生物、医疗和化工等领域应用及发展前景。

Abstract:Centrifugal-driven flows were a successful kind of microfluidic handling technique which had the advantages of low cost and high integration.An introduction to the principle and different fabrication methods of centrifugal-driven microfluidic chip was made.Progress of their applications in biology,medicine and chemical industry was also reviewed.The potential development of the research was prospected.
