| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种LED显示屏的恒流驱动电路,该电路包括输出控制部分电源电压的低压差线性稳压器、产生多路基准电压的带隙基准电压源、误差放大器、缓冲器、多个大功率MOS管以及取样MOS管五个部分,并且重点介绍了其中的低压差线性稳压器和带隙基准电压源的具体实现电路,能够更好的减少振荡,提高精度。通过上述恒流驱动电路为多路LED提供恒定的0.4V的驱动电流。

| Abstract: | A constant-current driver for LED display is proposed, Low dropout regulator which outputs the power supply voltage of control section, bandgap voltage reference which generates multiplex output reference voltage, error amplifier, buffers, multiple high power MOS tubes and sampling MOS tube is included in the circuit, moreover, the low dropout regulator and the bandgap voltage reference is proposed especially, so that the oscillation is reduced and the accuracy is improved. 0.4A of constant current for multiple LED can be provided by the circuit. |
