摘    要:简要介绍了基于信号细分理论的机械传动误差采集模块部分的实现原理,给出了误差测量系篓箩粤计,详细阐述了采用一片ALTERA公司MAX7000AE系列CPLD芯片实现整个误差采集功能,并通过时序仿真验证了CPLD设计的正确性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the sampling module's work principle of machine transmission error based on signal subdivision theory. The design of transmission error measuring system is presented. All the error sampling functions were integrated into one CPLD chip adopting series MAX7000AE of ALTERA Corporation, and this sampling module is introduced in detail. The design of CPLD is verified true by time simulation.
