电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定镨钕金属及其氧化物中15个稀土元素的配分量

摘    要:用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定镨钕金属及其氧化物中15个稀土元素的配分量。本方法镨钕回收率99%-100.4%,相对标准偏差小于1%,其余13个稀土元素回收率90%~110%,相对标准偏差小于5%。

Abstract:The relative contents of praseodymium neodymium metals and fifteen RE elements in their oxides are determinated by ICP-AES method. The recovery rate of praseodymium neodymium is between 99% and 100.4%, the RSD is less than 1%, the recovery rate of the rest thirteen rare earth elements is between 90% and 110%, the RSD is less than 5%.
