| 摘 要： | 普通高校高水平运动队建设，目前虽然尚属试办探索阶段，但当前各高校已根据自己学校的实际情况与自身需求试办了各种类型的高水平运动队，这一工作的开展，不仅促进了各高校体育运动技术水平的提高，同时也带动了各校群众性体育活动的蓬勃发展，本文针对高校高水平运动的管理目标，作了具体要求，旨在推动学校体育竞技水平的发展。

| Abstract: | Most of the colleges have tried to ran various kinds of high-level sports teams according to their own actual conditions and requirements. Although the construction of college high-level sports team is now on the stage of approaching and exploring carrying out this work not only improves college sports technique level, but also brings a flourishing development of mass sports activities in colleges. This article gives some detailed demands on the objectives of college high-level sports activities in order to improve the development of college athletics level. |
