摘    要:针对湘西某碳质胶磷矿进行了选矿试验研究。原矿P2O5品位约为20%, MgO含量6.70%, SiO2含量11.81%, S含量2.93%, 针对该矿在常温下采用“脱碳-脱硫-脱镁”反浮选试验流程, 最终得到了P2O5品位28.19%、回收率78.47%的磷精矿产品, 实现了磷矿的有效回收和富集。

Abstract:Experimental study on mineral processing technology of a carbonaceous phosphate rock from Western Hunan was conducted. The P2O5, MgO, SiO2 and S contents in this raw rock are about 20%, 6.70%, 11.81% and 2.93%, respectively. By adopting a reverse flotation flowsheet comprising sequentially decarburization, desulfurization, demagnetization processes at ambient temperature, a phosphorus concentrate with P2O5 grade and recovery of 28.19% and 78.47%, respectively, is obtained, through which the phosphate rock can be effectively enriched and reclaimed.
