| 摘 要： | 本文结合《中国共产党纪律处分条例》的有关规定,运用理论探讨和举例说明相结合的方法,从违纪主体、违纪主观方面,违纪客体、违纪客观方面等四个方面对党员违犯党纪行为的构成要件进行了较为细致地分析,并指出违犯党纪行为的四个构成要件分别具有特定性、多样性、广泛性和复杂性。
