| Abstract: | The improvment of the method for the traditional process of malt cooling in beer production was suggested.The new technology principle,process design,erection adjusting,testing and points for attenrion for the first stage cooling of malt extract were described. And the efficiency of energy saving after application in order to provide a new way for saving energy was analysed and calculated. |
