摘    要:对啤酒生产过程中麦汁冷却的传统工艺提出了改进,对麦汁一段冷却新技术的原理,工艺设计、安装调试及注意事项详细的论述,并对应用后的节能效果进行了分析和测算,为啤酒行业的节能降低提供了一条的途径。

Abstract:The improvment of the method for the traditional process of malt cooling in beer production was suggested.The new technology principle,process design,erection adjusting,testing and points for attenrion for the first stage cooling of malt extract were described. And the efficiency of energy saving after application in order to provide a new way for saving energy was analysed and calculated.
