ABO血型不合的夫妇产前血型抗体效价测定在产前诊断中的意义

目的]通过对ABO血型不合的孕妇血清中血型抗体效价的测定，了解异常IgG抗A／B的分布情况及临床意义，为预防治疗新生儿溶血病（HDN）提供重要的实验依据。方法]选择夫妇ABO血型不合者660例，采用微柱凝胶法进行IgG抗A／抗B的ABO血型抗体效价检测。结果]660例ABO血型不合的孕妇血清中，IgG抗A／抗B效价〉1：64者170人，占25．8％，且抗体的效价与妊娠年龄及妊娠次数呈正相关。结论]O型血孕妇与丈夫血型不合时，产前应及时检测血清中IgG抗体水平，及早发现及时治疗，可减少由于母婴血型不合引起的新生儿溶血性疾病的发生。

The significance of blood type antibody determination for ABO incompatible couples in prenatal diagnosis

Objective ] To analyse the distribution of abnormal IgG anti - A/B and its clinical significance through the blood type antibody determination for ABO incompatible couples, so as to provide important experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of hemolytic disease in newborns（HDN）. Methods] ABO blood type antibody for IgG anti -A/anti -B were measured by micro -column gel in 660 female who had blood type incompatibility. Results] In 660 female patients with ABO incompatibility, 170 cases （25.8%） had titers of IgG anti A / anti - B more than 1： 64, and the incidence of HDN correlated with times and age of pregnancy positively. Conclusion] It is suggesed that blood type and serum IgG antibody should be tested on those parents with blood type incompatibility before delivery, so that HDN and the damage to fetus could be forecasted. The finding can act as a guide in clinical diagnosis and therapy.
