| Abstract: | Enhancing teaching practitioners'empowerment and self-development is of vital importance ofr education development.Understanding the main conceptions of Reflective Teaching and their development contributes to nurturing reflective thinking on part of foreign language teachers at the tertiary level.Applying reflective teaching strategies into classroom teaching will promote teaching/learning effectiveness and teachers'professional development at the same time. |
