改良髋关节外侧小切口人工股骨头置换治疗股骨头坏死的效果观察

目的探讨改良髋关节外侧小切口人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨头坏死的临床效果。方法选取该院收治的股骨头坏死患者,依据患者手术方式的不同分为改良组和传统组,传统组患者采用传统人工股骨头置换手术。改良组患者采用改良髋关节外侧小切口人工股骨头置换术。比较分析两组患者手术时间、术中失血量以及术后6个月髋关节Harris功能评分等临床数据。结果与传统人工股骨头置换术患者相比,改良髋关节外侧小切口人工股骨头置换治疗术患者手术时间明显缩短,术中失血量明显减少,术后6个月髋关节Harris功能评分为优者明显增加,差者明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论改良髋关节外侧小切口人工股骨头置换能够有效治疗股骨头坏死,并促进患者术后髋关节功能的恢复。

Observation on the Effect of Small Lateral Incision Improved Hip Hemiarthroplasty for Femoral Head Necrosis

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of small lateral incision improved hip hemiarthroplasty for femoral head necrosis.M ethods Selected femoral head necrosis patients in our hospital,according to different surgical approach,patients divided into improved group and traditional group.The patients in traditional group were treated with traditional hemiarthroplasty surgery.The patiens in improved group were treated with improved small lateral incision hip hemiarthroplasty.Compared and analysis the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and Harris hip function score after 6 mouths.Results Compared with traditional hemiarthroplasty surgery patients,the patients with improved small lateral incision hip hemiarthroplasty operative time was shorter significantly,intraoperative blood loss was reduced significantly,Harris hip function score after 6 months excellent rate was increased significantly,and poor rate was lower significantly,there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Small lateral incision improved hip hemiarthroplasty could effective treat the femoral head necrosis,and to promote the postoperative hip function recovery of patients.
