高斯光束微圆孔衍射的“再现”与“自再现”研究

摘    要:由基尔霍夫衍射公式得到高斯光束微圆孔衍射的积分式,导出一种解析算式,分析并模拟了高斯光束微圆孔衍射的“再现”与“自再现”,有利于在激光工程、微光学以及微光机电中对激光束的传输变换和调控.

Abstract:The integral for micro-circular aperture diffraction of Gaussian beam was obtained from Kirchhoff diffraction formula,and its analytical formula was derived.The reproduction and self-reproduction of micro-aperture diffraction of Gaussian beams were analyzed and simulated,which is useful for the transmission,transformation and control of laser beam in laser engineering,micro-optics and MOEMS.
