摘 要: | 介绍了高精度线性光耦HCNR201的工作原理。提出了基于线性光耦的直流电压检测方法及其硬件电路,该检测电路具有较强的电气隔离特性。给出了基于该电路的试验结果,运用最佳平方逼近原理对实验数据进行分析,证明了该直流电压检测方法的线性度好、精确度高。

Abstract: | Introduction was made to the working principle of a high-accuracy linear optocoupler, HCNR201. A DC voltage detecting technique and its hardware circuit based on the linear optocoupler were proposed. The detecting circuit was in possession of high electrical isolated characteristics. This paper gave the experimental results based on the circuit and analyzed the experimental data with the principle of optimum approximation in quadratic norm. The results prove that this DC voltage detecting technique is with high linearity and accuracy. |
