| 摘 要： | 借鉴国际当代“城市管治”研究的视角与视野、理论与范式,提取中国开发区运作过程中一些共性机制和典型现象,从开发区“割据”导致的城市管治体系组织与空间上的双重“碎化”、开发区开发运营对应的城市“政体”演化重构、开发区运作与“经营主义”城市管治兴起蔓延之关联三个方面,剖析了开发区运作实践对于当代中国城市管治体系变革的影响作用。

| Abstract: | Viewed from the perspective of the in- ternational studies on contemporary urban governance, through the analysis of the basic mecha- nisms and typical processes in the operation of China’s New Special Development Zones (NSDZs), the im- pacts of the processing of NSDZs on the reformation of China’s contemporary urban governance are dis- cussed in this paper, in which institutional and spa- tial “fragmentation” of urban governance, the restruc- turing of “urban regime”, and the rise of the “entrepreneurialism” governance ideology are the three main aspects particularly concerned. |
