摘    要:为提高水下航行器的隐身性能,通常在其表面敷设各种声学覆盖层,由于声学覆盖层含有空腔的特殊结构形式,该结构形式在受到爆炸冲击波作用时,腔体将产生变形并吸收能量,这将严重影响水下航行器的抗冲击性能.该文针对敷设声学覆盖层的加筋双层圆柱壳的抗冲性能进行了数值仿真研究,给出了兼具抗冲和隔振功能的声学覆盖层结构设计及性能参数优化建议.结果表明:内壳外表面敷设声学覆盖层时,结构的抗冲击性能较其他敷设部位好,减小声学覆盖层腔体形状,能提高双层圆柱壳体的抗冲性能.在声学覆盖层满足结构减振降噪要求情况下,建议尽量减小其腔体形状.

Abstract:In order to improve the stealthiness of underwater vehicles,an acoustic covering layer is usually applied to the surface of the shell plate.Due to the acoustic covering layer's cavity structure,when it encounters explosive shock waves distortion is generated and it absorbs energy.This undermines the anti-shock performance of the underwater vehicle dramatically.This paper researches the energy absorption capability of a double cylindrical shell structure with coated acoustic covering layer and stiffening ribs.It also provides some suggestions about design and performance parameters for acoustic covering layers which possess both shock resistance and vibration isolation capability.Simulations indicate that the anti-shock capability of the structure is better when the exterior surface of the inner shell is coated with an acoustic covering layer.Reducing the dimensions of the cavity improves the anti-shock capability.Provided noise and vibration reductions satisfy requirements,cavity size of acoustic covering layers should be reduced as much as possible.
