一种基于单片机的转子机构高速数据采集系统

为实现单片机监测转子机械运了状态，设计了一种新的以８０９８单片机为核心的数据采集系统；采用简单灵活的硬件电路控制Ａ／Ｄ转换时序逻辑，实现了高速定间隔多通过巡回数据采集，较好地解决了８０９８单片机在数据采集速度方面的瓶颈问题．着重讨论了系统的设计思想、硬件功能、软件设计以及关键技术．

A New High Speed Data Acquisition System Based on Microcomputer for Rotary Machines

In order to realLethe real-time condition monitoring of rotary machines a new data acquisition system based on microcomputer is designed.The system,controlling A/D convert time logic with simple hardware circuits,provides a high speed multichannel timing data acquisition,so as to solve the bottle-neck problem of data ac-quisition speed of a computer on slice.
