| 摘 要： | 电容式油量传感器由于结构简单、工作可靠，因此使用的比较广泛。但这种传感器的准确性受连接导线分布电容和温度的影响较大，从而制约了电容式油量表测量精度的提高。提出了一种基于单片机的具有RS232串口的电容式油量传感器的设计方法，解决了电容式油量传感器受连接导线分布电容影响和硬件补偿温度误差精度不高的问题。该传感器具有便于数字显示，性价比高，工作可靠等特点。

| Abstract: | The capacitor-type fuel quantity sensor is used more widely because of its simple structure and reliability.But the distributed capacitance of connecting wire and the temperature have a bigger effect on the accuracy of this kind sensor,the increase of the sensor's precision was constrained.The design method of a capacitor-type fuel quantity sensor based on a single-chip computer with RS232 interface was presented.The effect of the distributed capacitance of connecting wire to the capacitor-type sensor was resolved.The lower precision of the temperature compensating to the capacitor-type sensor was also resolved.The output of this kind of sensor is easy to be displayed in digital way.It has the property of high ratio of property to price and reliability. |
