| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种制造正柱型Ｈｅ－Ｃｄ激光器的排气工艺新方法－真空双排气法。文章从理论和实验两方面证明了制造正柱型Ｈｅ－Ｃｄ激光器，真空双排气法比真空单排气法优越。真空双排气法可有效地除去阴极和Ｃｄ金属中所含杂质气体，改善激光器的寿命。

| Abstract: | A new technique -double-way exhausting method
has been proposed for outgassing the metal parts of He-Cd lasers of the positive column
type.It has been proved that the method is more effective than the single-way method in
theory and experiment.Using the double-way exhausting method for outgassing of lasers can
improve the lifetime of lasers |
