心理热线在汶川地震后心理干预中的应用与思考

5.12地震后,成都大学心理健康教育与研究中心承办了中国移动100865心理援助热线,两个月间接听咨询电话7360个。心理热线在帮助求助者缓解焦虑、释放压力、接受现实、重建社会支持上起到了明显效果,并成功干预有明显自杀意图的个案18例,其中有自杀行为的3例,有伤害他人行为并欲杀他人的危机事件1例,对28例需要进一步跟踪的个案进行3个月和半年后随访,显示干预效果良好。通过此次积累的经验,对心理热线在心理服务工作中的应用进行了理论和实践上的思考,同时对未来相关工作提出了建议。

Application and Thinking of the Psychological-aid Hotline in the Psychological Intervention after the Disaster of Wenchuan Earthquake

After 5.12 Earthquake, Mental Health Education and Research Center of Chengdu University took on the 100865 Psychological-Aid Hotline of China Mobile. For about two months, 7360 consulting calls were received. The psychological-aid hotline has produced an obvious effect in helping appealers to ease anxiety,release pressure, face reality and rebuild social support,and successfully prevented 18 suicide intentioned cases. Altogether, three persons have been prevented from committing suicides and one person has been successfully stopped from killing others.And the follow-up consulting after 3 months and 6 months to 28 cases which needed more focus has shown a good effect. Through the experience on using the hotline effectively, careful thinking both in theory and in practice about the problems in the work have been done, and some suggestions are introduced for the future relevant work.
