UASB＋CASS组合工艺处理啤酒废水的工程实践

广东某啤酒厂在工艺改造过程中，采用UASB＋CASS工艺进行废水处理。工程实际运行表明,CODCr可由原先的1500-2000mg/L平均降至38.5mg／L,CODCr平均去除率达97％以上；BOD5可由原先1000-1200mg/L平均降至13．4mg/L，BOD5平均去除率达98％以上；SS可由原先的250—350mg／L降至21.5mg/L,SS平均去除率达90％以上.出水可稳定达到国家二级排放标准.同时，污泥通过自热高温好氧消化技术，可实现资源化再生利用。

Project Practice of Beer Wastewater Treatment by UASB and CASS Combined Process

The UASB and CASS combined process was adopted in beer wastewater treatment transformation of Guangdong Beer Plant. The results showed that CODCr was decreased from 1500-2000 mg/L to 38.5 rag/L, average removal rate was above 97 %; BOD5 was decreased from 1000-1200 mg/L to 13.4 mg/L, average removal rate was above 98 %; SS was decreased from 250-350 mg/L to 21.5 g/L, average removal rate was above 90 %. The effluent was reached the national secondary emission standard. At the same time, the sludge can reuse as resource through ATAD.
