摘    要:目前,我国烹饪与营养教育专业面临机遇与挑战,必须创新人才培养模式,在培养目标定位、课程体系构建、专业课程开发、教学方法改革、师资队伍建设、实训基地建设等方面加强专业内涵建设,不断提升办学质量。

Abstract:The degree program of cuisine and nutrition education in China are now faced with both opportunities and challenges, which requires that the education mode for students of cuisine and nutrition education must be innovated. The innovation should be focused on educational orientation, curriculum design, course development, teaching method reforms, teaching faculty development, training base development, etc.
