| Abstract: | The degree program of cuisine and nutrition education in China are now faced with both opportunities and challenges, which requires that the education mode for students of cuisine and nutrition education must be innovated. The innovation should be focused on educational orientation, curriculum design, course development, teaching method reforms, teaching faculty development, training base development, etc. |
