一些极压抗磨减摩添加剂协同效应的研究

摘    要:利用低速四球试验机和HQ-1型磨擦磨损试验机考察了硫化烯烃与含磷添加剂复配体系的润滑性能及其协同作用机理。结果表明,温度对不同添加剂的减摩性影响不同,T321与T304或T307复配,极压抗磨减摩性产生明显的协同效应。FT-IR和^31PNMR分析表明,T321与T304在一定条件下可产生新的含磷化合物。

Abstract:The Lubrication properties of the complex systems of sulfurized olefin(T321)and P containing additives were investigated using lower speed four ball machine and Model HQ 1 Tester The synergistic effect mechanism was studied based on microanalysis The results showed that influence of temperature on anti friction of some additives is different The complex systems of T321 and T304 or T321 and T307 have synergistic effect obviously The analyses of FT IR and 31 P NMR indicated that the complex system of T321 and T304 also produces a new phosphoric compound in the given condition X ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)analyses indicated that the complex system can form a tribochemical reaction film,which is fulfurated iron and iron phosphate
