摘    要:经典的Biginelli反应用HCl作催化剂,通常产率较低(20%~50%).以BPy]HSO4]离子液体为催化剂考察了Biginelli反应在不同温度和溶剂下的反应特点,合成了一系列3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮,产率70.7%~92.1%.该方法操作简单方便,产率、纯度较经典的Biginelli反应有较大的提高和改善,具有一定实用价值.

Abstract:The classical Biginelli reaction,which uses hydrochloric acid as a catalyst,often has a low yield(20%-50%).Ionic liquid was choosed as a catalyst to research the characteristic of Biginelli in different temperatures and solvents and a series of 3,4-dihydropyrimid in-2(1H)-ones were synthesized.The reactions were completed with 70.7%-92.1% yields.The new method not only preserves the simplicity of Biginelli's one-pot reaction,but also has a high yield.This is a worthiness way for the synthesis of dihydropyri...
