基于TACE的肝癌综合介入治疗的现状与进展

各种基于TACE的综合介入治疗方法,包括经皮注射无水乙醇或乙酸、射频消融、经皮微波凝固、氩氦刀冷冻、激光治疗、调强适形放射治疗、高强度聚焦超声等的应用使肝癌的疗效进一步提高;以p53抑癌基因治疗、溶瘤病毒治疗为代表的基因治疗、抗血管生成、免疫治疗、分子靶向治疗等新的治疗方法的出现,使肝癌的介入治疗进入了新阶段。合理而有计划的肝癌综合序贯治疗模式将取代单一治疗模式。

Present Status and Progress of Integrated Intervention of Hepatocellular Carcinoma based on TACE

Various integrated intervention on TACE included ethanol or acetic acid of percutaneous injection,radiofrequency ablation,percutaneous microwave coagulation,cryoablation,laser therapy,Intensity modulated radiation therapy,high-intensity focused ultrasound and other applications to enhance the efficacy of liver cancer;the emergence of new treatments such as p53 tumor suppressor gene therapy,oncolytic virus therapy represented as gene therapy,anti-angiogenesis,immunotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,made interventional treatment of liver cancer to a new stage.Reasonable and comprehensive planned sequential treatment of liver cancer will replace the single-treatment.
