防护涂层在水利工程中的应用进展研究

水工结构工程长期处于复杂的运行条件下,常出现溢流面被含沙水流和推移质磨损侵蚀以及高寒地区冻融破坏等灾害现象,并因混凝土劣化导致开裂产生大量渗漏问题。为有效保障工程安全性能,提升结构的服役寿命,通常在结构表面增加一层防护涂层作为保护层。文章从水利工程防护涂层材料性能研究和防护涂层工程应用研究两方面简要阐述了当前的研究成果,总结了部分工程中防护涂层的服役性态,并对未来进一步的研究方向进行了展望。

Research on Application of Protective Coating in Water Conservancy Project

The hydraulic structure engineering suffer from complex operating conditions for a long time.Overflow surfaces are frequently worn and eroded by silt carrying flows and bed load,which are damaged by freeze-thaw damage phenomenon in cold regions.A lot of leakage problems are caused by deterioration of concrete cracking,A protective coating is always added on the surface of the structure as a protective layer in order to effective guarantee the project safety performance,and improve the service life of the structure.Current research results are briefly described in the paper from two aspects of water conservancy project protective coating material performance research and protective coating project application research.The service state of the protective coatings in some projects are summarized,and the future research directions are expected.
