| 摘 要： | 目的进一步探讨银屑病（PS）发病与超抗原（SA）的关系。方法采用流式细胞（FACS）定量分析葡萄球菌肠毒素B（SEB）活化的PS和正常人外周血淋巴细胞（PBLC）24h培养上清液对角朊细胞（KC）表达HLA－DR抗原的影响。结果其上清液可明显诱导KC表达HLA－DR抗原，且PS组诱导表达作用强于正常人组（P＜0．05）。结论诱导KC表达HLA－DR抗原可能是SA活化的淋巴细胞作用于KC，诱发PS的途径。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the interrelation between the pathogenesis of psoriasis(PS) and superantigens (SA). Method Flow cytometric analysis was applied to examin the expression of HLA-DR antigen on the keratinocyte (KC), which were cultured with the supernatant from peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBLC) activated through staphylococal enterotoxin B(SEB). Result The supernatant can obviously induce the expression of HLA-DR antigen on KC. Moreover,the inducing effect in PS group is stronger than that in the non--PS group (P<0. 05). Conclusion This might be the path through which SA-activated lymphocytes act on the KC to induce PS. |
